Refund Policy
This policy covers prepaid credits, payment verification, and support information for payment issues.
Credits
Purchased credits are used for report generation and platform workflows. Receipt links are available only for successful paid purchase orders.
Failed and expired payments
Failed, cancelled, expired, or unverified payments do not add credits. Payment verification is handled through Razorpay checkout verification and webhook confirmation.
Support evidence
For payment issues, include the purchase order ID, receipt reference, Razorpay order ID, and Razorpay payment ID when contacting support.
